Doug Plowman has an extensive background in healthcare where he has worked in Operations, Analytics, IT, and Project Management. In these areas, he has focused on process design, program conception and application, and analytics in healthcare. As a certified Six-Sigma Black Belt, Doug has a strong emphasis on continual process improvement, finding new approaches that join together technology and people to cut down waste, reduce costs, and improve the standard of care for patients. In addition to setting up KPIs, Metrics, and dashboards for tracking performance, he is also an expert in data analysis and visualizing it. His ability to develop tracking tools allows teams to visualize how teams are performing, controlling expenses, and maximizing resources.
